Pre-order policy

What is a Pre-Order:
Our items are made to order, therefore pre-orders mean your item is specially created for you once your order is confirmed
Full payment is taken at checkout,
and your order ships once the product becomes available.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is
dispatched. Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Shipping Costs & Duties:

  • Standard shipping rates apply.
  • UK, EU and USA cost include VAT for pre-orders.

International Shipping, Duties and import Taxes

Are custom duties and import taxes included ?

Yes, these will be included for International orders. These charges may be determined by your country's customs authority and are included in our product prices.

Will I need to pay anything on delivery ?

In most cases, no additional costs will be required upon delivery. However if local authorities request additional fees, these charges will be the customers responsibility.

What happens if delivery is refused ?

If an order is refused for reasons not caused by us :

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any return fees charged back to us will be deducted from your refund ( dependant on whether requirements for a refund are met )

Important Notice !!

By placing an international order you agree to provide accurate shipping information and cooperate with any reasonable customs requests to ensure successful delivery.

While duties are pre paid, customs authorities may still inspect parcels, which can occasionally cause delays. These delays are outside of our control.

We are legally required to declare the correct value and contents of all shipments, customs documentation cannot be altered.

 

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Product must be unused, in original condition and with packaging intact
  4. Drop off at any authorised shipping location

Refunds  

  • Requests for refunds will be scrutinised by the team and approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable  

 

Damaged items  

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will support you accordingly.
